We are proud to say that our firm was one out of only a few firms in Peninsular Malaysia appointed to represent a qualified bidder in the negotiation and execution of the PPA for one of Malaysia’s first 50MW Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Plant under SEDA’s first Large Scale Solar competitive bidding programme for the development of large scale solar photovoltaic plants (Peninsular Malaysia) (LSS 1).
Our Renewable Energy practice team have also advised, negotiated and successfully completed numerous EPCC Contracts and O&M Agreements for subsequent solar projects under the LSS competitive bidding programmes.
For Hydropower Plants, we have advised a local company in its investment in a joint venture for the development of 3 mini-Hydro Powerplants in Indonesia, and also in the negotiation of the PPA with PLN.
Our Projects & Construction practice team has also been appointed by numerous domestic entities to attend to the negotiation and execution (locally and overseas) of numerous agreements for the appointment of main contractors, sub-contractors etc.

- Advising and Drafting various letters in relation to the acceptance of tenders, the

- Advising on related security documents such as bank guarantees, design warranties, performance bonds etc;
